SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all items from a fulfillment center in New Jersey via FedEx throughout the United States and some locations outside of the U.S. We cannot ship to P.O. Box or addresses overseas. We will ship to hotels and hospitals, but once the package has been received by the institution, we are not responsible for untimely delivery or for non-delivery to guests or patients.
Orders placed by noon EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders are only shipped and delivered Monday to Friday.

PERISHABLES
Since we include fresh foods in our gift baskets, there are certain restrictions on transit times to ensure freshness. Please not that we do not ship perishable products on Thursday or Friday if they will be in transit over the weekend.
DELIVERY
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Sunrise Catering Unltd takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. If a perishable item arrives at your location and the items are damaged in any way, please take proof of damage and contact us immediately. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Wrap the packages well, include the return form found on the back of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Please be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable method to the address below. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers.
