We are a established Caribbean/American force in our community. We do off-site catering for all types of events. We bring the food to you event. We've been down many roads trying to make food our business, with many let downs. Now is the time achieve our goals and make it happen. Zai is the planning manager and partner in the company. She handles many jobs from organizing, planning, implementing, and keeping the peace among the other partners. Zai also ensures that the companies health codes and permits are up-to-date at all times. Zai obtained her Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013, where she also received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2011. Zai has worked in the corporate world for over 25 + years in the administrative, insurance, retail, and customer support field. Her dream and promise to her mother was to open and maintain her own business, and this is what brought this company together. Chef Scala has been cooking from a young age. His mother had to work long hours to take care of the family, so Scala had to learn to prepare his own meals and those of his siblings. Centuries later he is still cooking for family, friends, co-workers, clients and organizations. His goal, open a catering business. The day has come! Chef Sha was a late bloomer when it came to cooking. You wouldn't find her near the kitchen when growing up. At one point, she found her calling, and tried her hand one family thanksgiving, and the grave reviews she received from family and friends, set her on her path, and nothing is stopping her now.
